Managing Reputation
Venue:Tube: High Street Kensington
Registration at 9.00am for a 9.30am start
Close 4.30pm
A good reputation is key to organisational success. In today’s competitive market, it can make the difference between success and failure.
Reputation evolves over time and is at the heart of any organisation – it’s based on vision and values, the quality of products and services, and corporate personality and behaviour.
Essentially it’s all about communication, trust and long-term relationships – the domain of PR practitioners.
As reputation managers, how can PR practitioners effectively inspire stakeholder loyalty? Attract new consumers? Strengthen supply chains? Keep the regulators at bay? Protect organisations against potential threats?
And, ultimately determine business success?
Whilst one of the most important organisational assets, reputation can be difficult to acquire, manage and measure. It can also be easily damaged or destroyed.
This conference will examine:
-
The importance of managing reputation
-
The power of a good reputation
-
How to report on reputation
-
How to manage a crisis
-
How a brand can be revitalised
-
The importance of stakeholder perception
